Account & Data Deletion.

iCashPro users can permanently delete their iCashPro identity and associated personal app data directly from the iOS or Android app.

Delete from the app

Complete these steps carefully.

Open iCashPro → Settings tab → Account section → Delete My Account
  1. First delete every account you own and leave or remove every account shared with you. Account deletion remains blocked while even one linked account exists.
  2. Tap Delete My Account.
  3. Read the permanent-deletion warning, type delete in the confirmation field and select Delete Forever.
  4. Keep the device online while iCashPro verifies the empty account list and completes deletion.
This process cannot be undone. Create and securely store any backup you are entitled to keep before deleting your identity.

Data removed

After successful server confirmation, deletion removes the user's Firebase Authentication identity, iCashPro user profile, personal cloud backup, pending login code, invitations, member/access references, in-app account notifications, related deletion archives/tombstones and the active user's local app data on that device.

Important limitations

Information previously shared with another authorized user, exported to a file, copied, or stored in somebody else's independent backup cannot be automatically recalled. Limited security, operational or legal records held by service providers may remain only for the period required by law, fraud prevention, security or provider retention requirements.
